An advocate for the neighborhood and stood by her work

We are very excited to be among the latest new home owners in Summit at Lost Mountain and wanted to share with you our experience.

We chose Summit at Lost Mountain for several reasons. First, the proximity to some of the best public schools in Cobb County; Vaughan Elementary, Lost Mountain Middle and Harrison High School. Second, we waned a custom home that wasn’t in a cookie cutter neighborhood. Lastly, we loved the proximity to restaurants, shopping and activities in the area.

We built our new home with Jennifer Blomquist, CEO of Blomquist Builders Group. Jennifer and her team worked with us from lot selection to the design and build of our new home, allowing us to develop a unique place that met our family’s needs. We started the process in February and closed on the property six months later in August. Since moving, Jennifer has graciously helped us with all issues that we have raised. She has been an advocate for the neighborhood and stood by her work.

The Summit at Lost Mountain and Blomquist Builders have provided our family with a great new home. We have outstanding neighbors we are glad to call friends and are pleased with the West Cobb area and schools. Few places in Cobb County offer such a great location, spectacular views, beautiful wooded lots and amazing custom homes. This is the second home we have built, building has its challenges, it’s how you respond to them that defines your character.

We look forward to sharing our experience with you. See you in the neighborhood.

Sincerely,
EJ Aufderheide
